Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ROICrafter, our commitment is to deliver unparalleled quality and an exceptional client experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Project Planning: Every project is meticulously planned, with tasks segmented into distinct milestones. This ensures clarity and alignment from the outset.

  2. Initial Discovery: Each project kicks off with an in-depth discovery and analysis phase, culminating in a detailed scope of work document. This process is designed to foster mutual understanding and minimize the potential for disputes or cancellations.

  3. Refunds on Completed Work: Given the effort and resources dedicated to each milestone, we cannot offer refunds for work that has been finalized.

  4. Mutual Termination: If a project is mutually terminated, clients retain all rights to completed work. Any payments intended for future milestones will be nullified. However, payments or deposits made up to that point are non-refundable.

  5. Post Mock-up Approval: Once mock-up designs are approved and we transition into the development phase, no payments will be refunded.

  6. Mid-Milestone Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are in the midst of a milestone.

  7. Special Offers: Services promoted by our marketing team during special occasions are non-refundable. These limited-time offers are final and cannot be canceled.

  8. Digital Marketing Packages: While our digital marketing packages are non-refundable, clients can opt to cancel by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.

  9. Dormant Projects: Deposits or payments for projects that remain inactive or are abandoned for over 30 days are non-refundable.
